Following publication of the Housing White Paper, John Bibby
ARCH chief executive and Eamon McGoldrick, managing director at the
National Federation of ALMOs (NFA), met with David Orr, chief
executive at the National Housing Federation (NHF), to discuss
areas of mutual interest and potential future collaboration.

associations. Following the meeting, further discussions on Social
Rent Policy have begun.

housing associations. This will involve three in-depth case studies
and an analysis of the different types of partnerships that are
currently in place. The three organisations have also agreed on the
need for such research to focus on a genuine look at the potential
for partnerships to increase new house building. The NHF are
aiming to publish a report by September for their Annual
Watch this space for updates in the future.
