ARCH Support Service contract 30/10/2015

Following a competitive procurement process conducted over the Summer, the ARCH Board have given notice of the decision to award a contract for the provision of support services to HouseMark. Under the contract HouseMark will provide a range of support services to ARCH including:


  • Organisation of annual conferences and regional events
  • Promotion of ARCH membership and maintenance of contact databases
  • Management and maintenance of the ARCH website and email accounts
  • Production and dissemination of the fortnightly ARCH e-bulletin and Annual Report
  • Servicing of the ARCH Executive Board and ARCH Tenant Group
  • Management of the ARCH financial accounts and Company Secretary role


HouseMark has been providing support services to ARCH for the past four years having won the right to do so through a similar competitive procurement process in 2012.


ARCH Chair, Cllr Paul Ellis, said: "We look forward to working with HouseMark over the next three years, building on our existing strong relationship, to enable the Association to represent the interests of the stock retained sector and ensure continuous improvements in the services we offer to our members."


Ross Fraser, HouseMark Chief Executive, said: "We're delighted to be able to continue our important work with ARCH. The stock retained sector has never been in more need of a united voice to help it meet the challenges of the new operating environment, and we are pleased to play our part in supporting ARCH to achieve its ambitions."
