As plans for the 2022 ARCH Tenants' Conference gather pace, speakers have been confirmed from the Regulator of Social Housing (Changes to regulation and the new Tenant Satisfaction Measures), the Housing Ombudsman Service (Complaints Procedures) and Tpas (Resident Engagement in Building Safety).
