As plans for the 2022 ARCH Tenants' Conference gather pace,
speakers have been confirmed from the Regulator of Social Housing
(Changes to regulation and the new Tenant Satisfaction Measures),
the Housing Ombudsman Service (Complaints Procedures) and Tpas
(Resident Engagement in Building Safety).
A preview programme is available here.
Why you should attend:
Attendees will;
- Receive up to date information on key topics affecting council
tenants and landlords.
- Have time to explore and debate how they can have a greater
influence on the way services are delivered by their landlord.
- Connect with like-minded tenants from across the country.
Other topics for discussion at the conference will be 'the
Decarbonisation/Net Zero agenda' and 'Fuel poverty and the
cost-of-living crisis'.
In 2022 there will be two ARCH Community Champion Awards, one of
which will be specifically for those aged under 25.
