Following representations to the Housing Minister by ARCH
Chairman, Councillor Paul Ellis, DCLG officials will be meeting
with the ARCH Executive Board on Monday 14 September.
Matters on the agenda for discussion
include:
- the proposals for the 1 percent rent reduction over the next
four years
- the compulsory sale of high value stock
- the review of lifetime tenancies
- the introduction of compulsory "pay to stay".
We'd like to invite ARCH members to submit any information,
evidence and/or questions on the impact of these proposals that we
can present to the DCLG. You can do this by emailing John Bibby,

by the end of August.
