Sustainable Development: Examples of Good Practice sought 04/08/2016

ARCH is looking for examples of good practice in sustainable development by our members and an opportunity to speak and promote your work at a national conference in November.

ARCH has been asked to participate in the staging of a new event designed to encourage and stimulate the development and delivery of low carbon, sustainable communities. The objective is to promote the values of low carbon, sustainable communities by providing a platform for those who have already ventured into this area to enable them to show the benefits to others.

ARCH is keen to promote the work its members are doing in this area.

If your council has, or is thinking about, developing new approaches to sustainable development we would like to hear from you. We're interested in all types of initiatives including: sustainable development in new build, refurbishment or re-use of existing buildings, district or communal heating schemes or tenant involvement.

If you'd like to get involved, please contact ARCH CEO, John Bibby by Wednesday 31 August: john.bibby@arch-housing.org.uk.
