Engagement is changing at pace within organisations and across
the sector. The pressures of welfare reform, regulation, supply,
affordability, stigma, isolation and value for money, amongst
others, will all have an impact on how organisations can, and
could, deliver successful engagement in the future.
Now is a critical and unique time as we await the Social Housing
Green Paper that could shape an offer for residents for years to
come. These events are timely given the Green Paper and will help
inform the discussion and response to the Green Paper.
Each roundtable will be chaired and facilitated by TPAS and will
last for two hours to give time for a robust discussion and a
thorough appraisal of engagement. TPAS is hoping to have between
20-25 participants at each roundtable with staff and tenants from
councils and ALMOs.
The dates and locations of the roundtable events are as
- Thursday 2nd August, Oxford City Council,
Rosehill Community Centre Carole's Way, Rose Hill, Oxford, OX4

- Tuesday 7th August, South Cambridgeshire
