Housing and Planning Act 2016 published 26/05/2016

Following Royal Assent the, Housing and Planning Act 2016 has now been published.

The Act is in eight parts containing provisions relating to:

• Social Housing (Part 4)
• Miscellaneous provisions (Part 5)
• Planning (Part 6)
• Compulsory purchase (Part 7)
• Public land (Part 8)
