our previous update on progress of the Housing and Planning
Bill, line by line examination of the Bill by the House Of Lords
concluded on the 9th day of the Lords Committee Stage on
23 March.

The House of Lords is due to consider the Bill in the Report
Stage beginning on 11 April 2016.
A number of significant amendments to Part 4 of the Bill are
expected to be put down by opposition peers and cross-benchers and
the 11 April is anticipated to be the first of at least four days
set aside by the House of Lords for debate at the Report Stage.
