The Local Government Association (LGA) has
been working with the Housing and Finance Institute (HFI) to pull
together a 'masterclass style' support offer for a number of
councils, looking at how to enable housing delivery.
The Programme is designed to support councils
that have the appetite and ambition to shape the delivery of homes
for their area. Councils will have the opportunity to present and
get tips from experts in their field, including investors,
professional services, housebuilders and others.
The LGA and Cheyne Social Property Impact
Fund are financially supporting the Programme to offer a reduced
rate of £250 per person for a 3-day Programme, spaced over a few
months. The Programme may be attended by two people from each
council
