The Department of Work & Pensions (DWP) has published the latest edition of their Universal Credit Landlord Newsletter.

 

The DWP newsletter is aimed specifically at landlords of both social rented and private rented housing, providing latest updates about Universal Credit (UC) implementation.

 

Among matters highlighted in this edition of the DWP newsletter are:

 

  • Latest UC statistics which reveal that in the 5 weeks to 13 December 2018 the number of people on UC increased by 10% to 1.6million
