The ARCH tenants' conference was held on 22 September 2016 and
attracted over 100 delegates from 24 ARCH councils.
The theme of this year's conference was "What next for tenants"
and delegates heard keynote addresses from ARCH CEO John Bibby and
Mike Turner, Executive Director at Ian Williams Ltd - one of the
country's leading property management companies.
Delegates attended workshops on Pay to Stay and the phasing out
of lifetime tenancies run by officials from DCLG and on welfare
reform by officials from DWP and were able to explore the detail of
the Government's latest plans. John Popham, Digital story teller
explained how best tenants can equip themselves for the digital
world.

Everyone seemed to enjoy the day and get a lot out of the
conference, sharing experiences with tenants of other ARCH
