In the run-up to the EU referendum Remain campaigners claimed,
among other damaging impacts on the UK economy and businesses, that
(based on Treasury analysis) house prices could fall by at least
10% and up to 18% over the next two years in the event of a vote
ARCH Policy Adviser, Matthew Warburton, has produced a Policy
Briefing Paper for ARCH members in which he considers
whether the impact, so far, measures up to these predictions.
