The City of Lincoln Council, working in a partnership with the
London Borough of Greenwich, South Kesteven District Council and
Southwark councils are exploring how councils can use a common
service pattern for reporting, diagnosing and scheduling housing
repairs.
The project, "Repairs Online", is a collaborative local
authority project, funded by the Government's Local Digital Fund.

As part of the Repairs Online Project, the four councils want to
understand how housing repairs are carried out in different
councils and are asking ARCH member councils to complete an on-line
survey.
The results of the survey will be shared with the internal
project team and will be collated and anonymised to be shared with
councils participating in the survey and in any public updates
about the project.

in the survey will be issued to lead contact officers at each ARCH
member council and we would urge ARCH member councils to complete
and return the survey.
