On 14 August, the Regulator of Social Housing published the outcomes from the first round of planned council inspections.  Bolsover, High Peak, Melton and North-East Derbyshire councils were rated C2, for which the Regulator’s judgement reads:

“Our judgement is that there are some weaknesses in the landlord delivering the outcomes of the consumer standards and improvement is needed.”

Brighton & Hove Council were judged to show serious failings in meeting the consumer standards and rated C3.
