In July 2021 Government published an online document as part of the commitment in the Social Housing White Paper “Charter for Social Housing Residents” to support residents facing anti-social behaviour (ASB) and crime and clarify the different responsibilities that police, local authorities and social landlords have in tackling ASB.

Government have now added an easy read version of Help with anti-social behaviour for social housing tenants, details of which can be found on the Government website.
