The Regulator of Social Housing has issued gradings for three more local authorities. Tandridge has been rated C4 and Harlow and Southen-on-Sea both received C3 gradings. Southend’s housing is managed by an ALMO.
This brings the total number of local authorities given ratings under the new regulatory regime to 55. Of these 4 have been graded C1, 18 have received C2 gradings, 30 have received C3 gradings and 3 councils have been graded C4, the lowest grade. A full list, with copies of the Regulator’s findings is available here.
