The ARCH Community Champion Awards recognise the dedication, willingness, inspiration and devotion that our tenants freely give to others, and it is hoped that this can motivate others and give them examples of things they can do in their own community.
In 2026 there will be two Awards, one for a Community Champion aged 30 or under and the other for a Community Champion aged over 30. The Award recognises the individuals or groups who have dedicated their time to making a difference in their community and to the lives of people living social housing.
Nominees can be a tenant, a member of a tenant’s household, a community group or anyone contributing to the HRA. They don’t necessarily need to be a part of a formal panel, group, committee or forum to be nominated. ARCH Tenant Group members, council staff, or those that have previously received either of the awards in the last 2 years cannot be nominated.
The awards will be made at the 2026 ARCH Tenants Conference on 24 September at which the successful nominee will need to be present.

The nominations will be judged by the ARCH judging panel.
