The Regulator of Social Housing has issued consumer standards gradings for 4 more councils during February.  Following inspection, Runnymede BC was given a C4 rating after the Regulator found very serious failings in delivery of the consumer standards.  Serious failings were also found in relation to compliance with the Rent Standard, in relation to which the council had self-referred in 2025.

At the City of London Corporation, RSH identified serious failings in the corporation delivering the outcomes of the Safety and Quality Standard, which had been self-referred prior to the inspection.  The council was given a C3 grading.

Rugby BC also received a C3 grading.  North Northamptonshire was graded C2.
