Rhiannon Davies from the Regulator of Social Housing, who emphasized the vital role tenants play in regulation.
Jonathan Cox from Housemark, who presented data-driven trends shaping the sector.
Olivia Shillabeer from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, who outlined upcoming policy changes.
A highlight of the day was the Community Champion Awards, celebrating individuals making a difference in their communities. The Lincoln Tenants Panel also took the stage to share their successful engagement model, inspiring others to replicate their approach.
