On 24 September, the ARCH Tenants Group held another successful Tenants Conference, hosted by Ashfield District Council.  Over 100 delegates attended to share experience and hear speakers from MHCLG, the Regulator of Social Housing, the Tenant Participation Advisory Service and ARCH.  Chairman of Ashfield District Council, Cllr Dale Grounds, addressed the Conference and Ashfield tenants, supported by Housing Lead Member, Cllr Andy Meaking, gave a presentation on the Ashfield Tenant Engagement Offer.

The ARCH Tenants Group are keen to get any feedback – good or bad – on the event and what can be done to improve it.  Planning has already begun for next year’s event.  And they are also keen to hear from any council that would like to send a tenant representative to join the group.  Just write to info@arch-housing.org.uk.
