ARCH, together with the Chartered Institute of Housing, National Federation of ALMOs and Councils with ALMOs Group, has written to Government  Ministers responsible for housing, building safety and energy efficiency to underline the need for adequate funding to support the delivery of decent homes and the new Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards.  This follows the recent consultations on Decent Homes and MEES, and anticipates a Government decision on rent convergence to be announced at the Autumn Budget on 26 November.
