ARCH has responded to the Government consultation on Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards for social housing.  We argue that the consultation is premature, given that important details of the new EPC system have not been finalised, and it is not yet clear what financial support local authorities can expect to receive through the Warm Homes Fund.  Our full response can be read here: Consultation on MEES
