MHCLG has commissioned Verian, an independent social research agency, to carry out research to understand social landlord and tenant experiences of the early implementation of Awaab’s Law. The findings will inform improvements for future phases of Awaab’s Law, shape policy decisions that affect social landlords and tenants and provide insights to help landlords strengthen compliance, improve tenant relationships, and reduce risk.
