The latest batch of judgements from the Regulator of Social Housing include upgrades for two previously-inspected councils.  Castle Point DC has been upgraded from C4 to C3 and North Kesteven from C3 to C2.

Six councils have received their first gradings following inspection. LB Hammersmith & Fulham and Stockport MBC both received C1s.  Stockport’s homes are managed by an ALMO. City of York, Milton Keynes Council and Salford MBC were all graded C2.  LB Islington was graded C3.
