Rent convergence – new research published
New research by Savills has been published analysing the impact of the rent convergence options proposed in the current consultation from MHCLG. The findings will be of use to ARCH member authorities in preparing their responses to the consultation, which closes on 27 August.

Regulator issues gradings for 10 local authorities
Enfield Council has won a C1 grading and 5 local authorities have been graded C2 in the latest batch of regulatory judgements issued on 30 July. 5 councils have been handed a C3 grading.
