Following an inspection earlier this month, the Regulator of Social Housing has issued a C4 grading to Castle Point Borough Council.  A C4 grading indicates that in the Regulator’s view, there are very serious failings in delivering consumer standards and the landlord must make “fundamental changes” so that improved outcomes are delivered.  Castle Point is an ARCH member, and we have contacted the council to offer whatever help we can in delivering the necessary service improvements.
